Hey guys, I wanted to say I think you’ve done a really good job on the cards. That being said…is it possible the Tapion powers are just a little too good, considering he can win via MPPV?
Those concerns were brought up and his powers were changed to reflect those concerns to what they presently are. That being said, we have not yet encountered a decklist or deck using Tapion that can MPPV out faster than Piccolo Multiform or your standard anger deck.
I see I did think that she was a bit over power as with each turn, doing some thing like 36 life card discards(at level 3). I think her level three should be 4 come out your turn or 2 each turn. Since you and your allies can not attack at all. And thanks on the ESB question going to do some tweaking on my baba deck then.

In one of the streamed matches, I used Spike’s power about three times with two copies of Oh Hoi Hoi Hoi Poi (easy to do with a Piccolo and Heroes Gather). Each ally after that discarded the top 10 (and removed one with Usher), on top of the 24 discards + 3 removes from Spike/Usher alone.
The anti cards just didn’t come up often enough, with some decks lacking them.
It is down due to technical difficulties that I haven’t figured out yet. That card has been changed that it no longer pulls out an ally, but everytime I delete it and reupload the card, the old version appears in the thumbnail and attachment page. I am trying to figure it out and fix this, but it is down for now.
I am glad you finally saw that she needed changed. Why did you say you tested my version of the deck and then change her about a week after saying you tested her and she was fine?
We did not use your deck for any version of our testing, just the data. If I’m not mistaken, you seemed happy with the results of our findings not too long ago.
Our testing with all cards is ongoing and we make changes as necessary, just as was done at Score Entertainment. We thank any outside playtest groups who contribute to the effort.
Glad to hear it cause she’s really fun and unique and I’d hate to see her be lost into the unusable void.

I’d definitely say she’s still on the watch list since we don’t want her to be too good, but I agree with you. I want her around cause she does something new and unique.

Since I can’t edit the above, I want to change that to she WAS ABLE to do more. I see now that the card images have new text.
1. would it be possible to upload these in a higher res? 2. Would you share your PS templates if you have any, id like to remake certain cards with current errata’s please.

I’d definitely say she’s still on the watch list since we don’t want her to be too good, but I agree with you. I want her around cause she does something new and unique.
I don’t think it’s necessary to have her on the watch list anymore. She’s still got a lot of bad match ups for her now that she can’t power out allies as fast. The fast beats power houses have had the advantages shifted back their way against her.
I still feel, Oh Hoi Hoi Hoi Poi, would work better as an either or type of thing. Either you pull out an ally or you lose an ally and level, remove from game instead of reshuffling it back in to keep it from being over used. But I still like using her a lot of fun mechanics behind her.
I love em’ all. My only concern is Baba. Not sure if there was an errata done or not but the last few times I played her it didn’t seem like there was anything I could do stop her, at least that I could think of at the time. Milling is a cheap win that few decks can actually manage against.
That Tapion reminds me too much of Zelda – Lvl.2 Link to the Past and Ocarina of Tapion. Not to mention all the sword and swordplay text use in his personalities.
Wow never ever noticed there was a site like this, I love DB-DBGT even though two different creators and plots to end the series. Just can’t wait to see if they finish and release the Gods series.

With the Baba allies, are the allies allowed to perform attacks? Or is it meant to be that if Baba is your mp, you can not perform attacks?
All of Baba’s allies gain her power, so no ally can perform attacks.
i have one problem with these cards. theres no farmer with a shotgun.

Yes she could, but Baba has received some tweaking. The fixed cards are up, expect an article soon.

She can do significantly more than 36.

Has any testing been done post changes? If memory serves, didn’t you guys reduce her output by 75%?
I haven’t done much play with her since, but what I have has been extremely one sided.
We played several rounds with her on Twitch TV.
My group has tested about 100 games with her post changes and shes pretty solid. Not the power house of before but still good.

I like her alot and she can be played in a few different styles that are a change of pace of the norm for those styles.

She has been errata’d to be half as fast as she once was. If you can’t beat her now it is a problem with you.

I’d really love to see some kind of guide for making your own cards, you guys do such a brilliant job of creating new cards for this game.
Is there a reason the Hercule, Bulma and Chi-Chi cards are here? Aren’t they Babidi saga or something?
They were orginaly printed with the wrong power levels. These have the correct power levels.
